Although this page seems to work well for many of our customers, a few people have told us that it would not accept their cards. Unfortunately, when we look at the transaction records, we don't see any evidence of the attempted payment, so we can't diagnose the problem. If you do have problems making a payment, feel free to send a check to the address above or call us and we will try to charge your card from our end. If you have the time, it would be very helpful to us if you could tell us exactly what problems you were having, including any error messages you received (ideally as screenshots). That might allow us to diagnose the problem and keep it from happening to you and others in the future.
